1. the mood and atmosphere is - serious, dramatic, violent 
2. the most tense part of the trailer is- when they start to shoot at him in the car and then his car has machine guns in the headlights

Tension can be created in all different ways not just in cuts because, people can become tense about the sound, lighting, and even actions. You dont just have to make cuts to make a scene/trailer tense e.g. people can become tense over dark lighting and loud noises.
Devices that have a cameRA ON IT- TRACK, CAR, BEHIND PEOPLE, IN THE BACKGROUND, BEHIND A WALL
In order to get a photo you had to think about what angle you were taking it from because if you didn't and the audience could see you and the camera it would be hard to get a shot let alone film a scene
